Motel Hamburg

The room was spotless and lovely, it had a shower, free toiletries, and bath sheets. The bed was good, I had a perfect sleep. The hotel was in an ideal position next to centre very close to motel.

I keep returning because Motel Hamburg is helpful. They assisted me with transport on my first stay. This place is perfect for me with Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, Luggage storage, 24-hour reception. I love the Welcome drink, Flat-screen TV, Cycling, In-room breakfast, Game room, Board games. No pets, Non-smoking. Coming back for business.

Easy parking and the staff were very helpful but not al lot else to say about tthis hotel.

Location is very central and this is the best point of this motel as Hamburg is expensive and this motel offers value for money.

I did not like the room smelling of cigarrettes in particular when I asked a non smoker facility.

Liked our 1 day in this hotel, no complaints. This place is quaint because of the absolutely perfect location and garden views. Please let the extremely friendly and helpful staff know of our gratefulness for a quite comfortable stay. The room is good-sized and quiet and with central heating, multi-channel television, and a seating area;)))

The room was exceptionally clean. the breakfast was very good. - the staff was excellent and superfriendly. - the location was nice, close to a good residential area with shops and several bus stops. - In addition, it was near the Hoheluftbruke U-Bahn station.

Staff really helpful. Right opposite the bus stop that took 10 minutes to get to the city centre. Rooms clean and comfortable and adequate size. Excellent Internet access. Good clean garages right by room would recommend

Quiet, good location (walking distance to University Hospital, shops). Free, no hassle WiFi. Car-friendly access. Decent price.

Room smallish. If you need WiFi in your room, ask for one that is closer to the Reception (better signal).

The Motel was clean, friendly and helpful.

The decor is charmingly dated making for an authentic/flavourful stay. Rooms are small but perfectly fine for couples and a family with older children could easily share two rooms due to a shared hall door to the stairs. The central courtyard has beautiful mature trees and despite being a motel traffic noise was minimal. Great water pressure in the shower! Excellent parking facilities! Friendly service!

While German travellers will be used to asking for a non-smoking room, foreign travellers may get stung if they are not aware of Germany's rather liberal stance on smoking. The rooms are quite small, while not a problem for us it should be noted for other travellers. Also our double bed consisted of two single mattresses placed together in a pine bed frame, while not ideal it was still relatively comfortable but not something I would generally expect and I know a lot of couples who would complain about this.

The rooms are quiet, the bed is very comfy, the location is great, and the staff is kind, making it a very pleasant stay for the price of US$90.

the decor and furniture need a revamp they are sowing signs of wear.the same as last year and the year before.

The motel had friendly and helpful staff who made my stay comfortable. the room I stayed in was clean and had all the necessary amenities such as a desk, phone, and TV. I had a balcony where I could relax and enjoy the surroundings. the motel was also conveniently located, with shops and cafes just a short walk away.

The courtyard paving could be upgraded to enhance its appearance.
